Hamoun Nyzeh (HANYCO) is the leading manufacture and supplier of Ductile Iron Pipes and fittings in the region, was established in May 2007 to be a supplying source to the growing demand of domestic and regional markets , with an annual capacity of 70 thousand metric tons.
History
Hamoun Nyzeh Co. (HANYCO) was registered in 2006 as private stockholders to produce and sell Ductile
Iron Pipes.
Earliest construction actions of HANYCO’s factory took place in January 2006, at 14th. Kilometer of Kashan-Ardestan road on a 24-hectare piece of land in the province of Isfahan.
With a consideration to the demands of local and regional markets, HANYCO has been planned to produce 70.000 MT of Ductile Iron pipes per annum, with a range of DN 70 -800 millimeters.
During winter 2006 by singing management contracts with Hamoun Pipe-Line Development Co. construction process of main facilities of factory started.
During spring 2007 as constructing continues, negotiations with foreign and domestic suppliers of machinery completed,meanwhile opening of LC started for importing machinery and equipments.
To improve environmental quality of factory site, lawn making process started in 8 hectares of land inside and around the site at this time of the year.
During summer 2007 installation of production and supporting halls as well as warehouses has been completed.
In spring 2008 by gradual starting delivery of imported machinery, installing of internal and external machinery continues rapidly.
By beginning of summer 2008, required staff has gradually employed and trial production of different factory facilities started.
In autumn 2008 the factory took its piloting launch and after a short while full implementation began in December and the first consignment was dispatched from the factory shortly after.
